Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Strategic Product Manager (SPM) in Product Area Networks (PAN) at Business Area Networks.
What you will do:
As a SPM in PAN, you will focus on the following tasks:
Engage with services providers (CSPs) to discuss mobile network evolution strategies. Contribute to the roadmap of Ericsson cloud-native and purpose-built software products. Identify the optimal realization of new features and use-cases for mobile networks. Perform techno-economic assessment of new mobile network architectures and technologies.

In addition, we believe you have:
MSc or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent. Techno-commercial competence – strong technology/product knowledge married with business acumen. Strong capability to manage high levels of complexity and difficult investment tradeoffs. Strong influencing / negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and strong ability to make decisions affecting others both direct & indirect. Excellent understanding of the global Telecom/ICT industry. Knowledge of Ericsson organization, products, solutions, customers, commercial and offerings. Experience in product management, research and/or R&D. Customer facing experience is a strong merit. Experience of leading business and operational work is plus. A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience. Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results. Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English. Be the one who did.
