About this opportunity:

Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Treasury Specialist in the Corporate Finance team, part of Treasury and Customer Finance.
 

What you will do:

 

You will be exposed to key activities within the Treasury area, including:

•    Manage group assets, liquidity and liabilities
•    Manage financial risk, funding and capital structures
•    Work with capital, cash flow and credit management, with clear focus on value creation activities
•    Manage and administrate treasury operations and get an insight into treasury controlling and cash management infrastructure
 

The skills you bring:

 

•    Good knowledge of financial accounting and financial modelling
•    Knowledge or key interest in funding facilities and fixed income-, equity- and foreign exchange markets
•    Strong ability to interact and build credibility with various internal and external stakeholders
•    High integrity with a focus on fact based decision making without compromising core values
•    Experience from Corporate Finance activities, banking, management consulting, Sustainability Finance or external communication is a plus

In addition, we believe you have: 

 

•    BSc or MSc in Business Administration or equivalent 
•    2-5 years of experience, including working within a large international organization
•    Passion about working in a multicultural and diverse team and bringing your ideas to the table 
•    Keen interest to learn and to broaden your experience 
•    Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results 
•    Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues 
•    Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
