Explore an opportunity. As a Business Analyst you will play a key role by serving as the link between consultants, external clients, and our internal team of system developers. You will contribute to the implementation of new services by translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers, practicing the fundamentals of systems analysis, design, and testing. You will also consult to clients concerning the implementation of best practices, provide ongoing technical support, and train client teams. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical, analytical, problem solving, leadership, communication, and consulting skills. Note that this role may involve some travel to client sites and other WTW offices. 

About you. In addition to the specific requirements below, all candidates should display: willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines; ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly; strong client service focus and flexibility in supporting client requests; strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels; and be available, at times, to work extended hours and able to travel. 

The Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources management, benefits administration, Health Policy Administration or related area Beginner to Intermediate SQL skills Experience with the test plan creation, testing procedures, and test plan executionAnalytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and time management skills Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence Ability to work extended hours as neededAble to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorshipAccepting applications from candidates that graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree between May 2024 through May 2025

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, and performance in the role.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $63,000 - $66,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
