Working as part of the Group Early Careers team and reporting to the Group Early Careers Lead, you will play a key role in developing and delivering strategies to identify high-potential candidates early in their careers and managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for our UK-based teams.
What will you be doing?Work closely with the Early Careers Business Partner to plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns for our internship, apprenticeship and graduate programmes:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top early careers talent by building relationships with schools, colleges, universities, vendors, and partners
Collaborate with the Group Brand to develop recruitment marketing materials
Organise and attend recruitment events, including careers fairs, workshops, insight days, and networking events
Manage candidate screening and shortlisting process
Organise and lead assessment and interview days in conjunction with the pillar talent acquisition teams (scheduling, communication, logistics and facilitation)
Support the business in making informed hiring decisions (assessor training and debriefs)
Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience at each stage of the recruitment process, consistently championing our culture and values
Analyse recruitment data to optimise processes, proposing improvements for future campaigns
Collaborate and build strong relationships with the wider Talent Acquisition team, supporting them with building and managing pipelines of high-potential talent
Support the team on various tasks including social media, website optimisation and external query management
You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects across the wider HR function
The kind of skills we'll need…Experience delivering high-volume early careers recruitment campaigns, preferably across a range of business areas
A real enthusiasm for early careers and recruitment marketing; experience in event planning would be beneficial
Demonstrated ability to develop processes that improve metrics and outcomes, such as increased conversion rates
An approach that relies on data and the ability to use insights to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills
Effective coordination skills and a strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
