As an Early Careers Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will support the Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP). You will work with key stakeholders within the CCB functions across Chase, campus recruiting, human resource business partners, and the talent team. You will play a variety of roles within the program including supporting rotational and summer analysts, developing and managing key business relationships, and managing the overall program strategy & tactical execution. This role provides an excellent opportunity for end-to-end ownership and partnership.
The CLDP is a structured two-year rotational program during which time the analyst will complete 3 eight-month cross- line of business rotations within CCB core disciplines. In addition to their experiences within each rotation, analysts are engaged in a robust training and development curriculum that enhances their line of business, functional knowledge, and leadership skills in advance of each new rotation. Participants receive comprehensive feedback and coaching through a structured performance management process to position them for future roles within CCB upon program completion.
Job Responsibilities
Manage core processes of the CLDP, including role identification, rotations, end-of-program mobility, performance management, compensation, and training & development Cultivate strong relationships and provide ongoing updates and support to program participants, line of business executives, managers, HR business partners, and local management teams Consult with line of business rotation managers to oversee program participants' performance and address any performance issues Coach and advise analysts on their continual development and growth, ensuring alignment with program goals while driving engagement and retention strategies for current analysts and alumni Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and execute recruiting, training, development strategies, and other key program strategies, ensuring consistent program experiences Partner with logistics and campus recruiting teams to implement key events, manage intern placements, evaluate performance, and assist with post program placement.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
3+ years of experience in Program Management, HR Business Partner, Recruiting or Talent Development Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, strategic client relationships at all levels and successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives Excellent verbal and written communications, presentations, storytelling (Pitch Pro/Excel), and facilitation skills Demonstrate exceptional project and process management skills and possess acute attention to detail, follow-through and results orientation. Be able to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately Proven results and experience with direct and/or indirect people management, including providing meaningful feedback, coaching, and development planning High degree of initiative and autonomy but must be able to function successfully as part of a team Honed consultative, conflict resolution, solutions orientated, and influencing skills Able to travel for the rolePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
