An opportunity exists within our Perth team for an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant to support our award-winning graduate and intern recruitment programmes. This is a 12-month fixed term position.
What’s it like to be on our team?As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant at Aurecon, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce, working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Teams, and Talent Development teams to deliver impactful early careers campaigns.

Bringing talent on board – Partner with the Graduate Recruitment Lead and team to execute Aurecon’s Graduate and Intern Campaign, attracting diverse, high-quality talent.
Connecting with future talent – Build relationships with universities, student groups, and career services to enhance our presence and create talent pipelines.
Showcasing our brand – Promote our employer brand across social media and other advertising channels to ensure we attract the best and brightest.
Owning the journey – Manage and coordinate a high volume of early careers events, assessment centres, and key recruitment activities.
Diversity and inclusion in action – Work closely with teams to deliver recruitment strategies that support our diversity objectives.
Continuous improvement – Provide reporting and insights to help refine our programmes and ensure they remain innovative and competitive.

Experience in a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to early careers or high-volume hiring.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, universities, and internal teams.
A passion for talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries.
A self-starter mindset with a strong customer-service approach.
