Main responsibilities:
· Oversee and contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of early career requisitions, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management - utilizing diverse channels like online platforms, university job boards, career fairs, and social media.
. Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and engaged early career recruitment team and environment.
· Partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition COE, Talent Management COE, and in market teams to provide support in managing relationships with key educational institutions and alignment with the global early careers strategy.
· Develop and execute proactive early careers sourcing strategies to attract talent from diverse sources, building and managing a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
· Oversee the candidate screening and assessment process, ensuring a fair and consistent evaluation of candidates, providing guidance on shortlisting, and reviewing results.
· Manage relationships with key universities and educational institutions to ensure a strong and diverse talent pool for early career programs.
· Oversee the logistical and administrative aspects of early career recruitment, ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the entire process.
· Monitor industry trends, best practices, and internal data to inform and adapt recruitment activities as needed and identify trends and areas for improvement to encourage the optimization of recruitment processes.
. Demonstrate proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Talent technologies, leveraging these tools to optimize recruitment processes, track key metrics, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
About you
You are a passionate and experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams, particularly in the early careers space. You have a deep understanding of the early career talent landscape and are skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, hiring managers, and candidates. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. You are also a data-driven leader, committed to continuous improvement and optimizing recruitment processes.
· Experience:
o Proven experience in leading end to end recruitment including sourcing, ideally with a focus on early careers or campus recruitment.
o Experience leading and developing early career recruitment strategies.
· Soft and technical skills:
o Possesses a strong understanding of early career recruitment best practices and trends
o Strong understanding of early career recruitment best practices and trends.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, leading a small team to success
