How you will contribute

As an Early Careers Specialist you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents in DACH and Central Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage early career professionals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting their ongoing development within the organization.

You will be reporting into the Early Careers Lead for the respective Area.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their early career talent needs.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities, colleges, and other relevant sources.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for early career opportunities.

Support workshop facilitation & career fairs

Support Talent Acquisition with local language needs as required

Requirements:

Fluent German and English, Polish is nice to have

University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar,

Experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Careers preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
