You are:

You will:
- Ensure the welcome and care of a group of children from 4 months to less than 4 years old.
- Adapt your behavior to meet various needs in a social and educational approach.
- Assist young children in daily life activities, promote their autonomy (clothing, feeding, motor skills).
- Be responsible for the implementation of the pedagogical project and ensure its daily respect.
- Stimulate the intellectual, emotional, and artistic capacities of children through age-appropriate activities.
- Propose events fostering parent/child reconnection.
- Establish affective safety bonds, reassure children at various important moments.
- Be attentive to signs and sensitize parents when needed.
- Contribute actively to the educational aspect of the program.
- Inform parents of key moments in their child's day during daily pick-up.
- Optimize spaces to ensure an environment conducive to children's development.
- Ensure you have the necessary resources for activities.
- Follow Club standards, safety and hygiene instructions for the Baby Petit Club, as well as the legal framework.
- Attend to the specific needs of each child (allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, comfort objects).
- Contribute to the coordination of activities for smooth service.
- Ensure the safety of children during movements inside and outside the structure.
- Collaborate with the Nursery Nurse and the Nurse of the structure.
- Ensure the quality and safety of the structure by maintaining equipment in good condition.
- Follow rules for storage and use of protective equipment.
