Qualifications: 

60 credits completed, Associates degree or higher, or pass the ParaPro or ParaEducator assessment.

A Special Education Paraprofessional is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee. 

 Provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
