Early Childhood Project Facilitator

The Early Childhood Project Facilitator will develop and implement systems to convene meetings, regularly communicate with all stake holders, document progress of planning activities and project implementation.
Pay: $30-32.50/hour

Prepares meeting agendas in consultation with the Project Director.Attends all grant-related meetings.Takes and circulates meeting minutes for all grant related meetings, tracks related action items, and conducts follow-up with responsible parties in a timely fashion, as neededManages the project workplan.Compiles and shares information among project partners and team members.Seeks regular updates from stakeholders on project activities and responds to data and information requests in a timely manner.Supports the management of grant reports and applications in compliance with deadlines under the direction of the Project Director and Grants Manager (Seven Hills Development Manager).Supports the Project Director to effectively serve as the project’s spokesperson. QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience requiredMust meet one of the following: EEC Lead Teacher, CDA, NAFCC credential, or related qualificationSkills and Knowledge:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written communication skills required
Experience with family childcare business operations, curriculum development, and providing technical assistance on Early Education and Care regulations and documentation
Ability to present information effectively, both verbally and in writing.Ability to organize and prioritize workAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyExceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated interest in community buildingStrong organizational and planning skills for balancing multiple projects and responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Zoom, preferredAbility to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, community stakeholders, and others.A valid Massachusetts driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.Why Join Us?
