Early Childhood Teacher

HSHS St Mary’s Hospital is seeking a Childcare Teacher to join our Early Childhood Daycare Center. Ideal candidates are dedicated and compassionate teachers with excellent communication skills that have experience in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children.

Position Specifics:

· Department: Child Care Center

· Schedule: Full time: 38-40 hours per week. Days; no weekends

· Facility: St. Mary's Campus in separate brick building

· Location: Green Bay, WI

· Compensation that aligns with your experience


Education Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.Associate's degree in child development or related field is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

1 year teaching experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Fingerprint Background Check prior to first day is required.Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 3 months is required.Registry Certificate applied for after 3-month review is required.Shaken Baby Prevention Training Certificate or Abusive Head Trauma Training Certificate required by end of 1st day in department is required.

Pay Range:

$16.50 - $22.28

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
