These tracks are open to all students, regardless of background, and aim to create a supportive community of mentors and peers. You will be able to choose from the following inclusion network tracks: + Black Heritage Leadership + Hispanic Heritage Leadership + Pride Leadership + Women's Leadership + Veteran's Leadership + Disability Leadership + CUNY Leadership + HBCU Leadership + Universal Leadership **We want to hear from you if:** + You are a current second year undergraduate student enrolled in a four-year technology-related degree program from an accredited institution. + You have an interest working in a high-tech global technology environment and have a basic understanding of technologies, including but not limited to programming languages (C++, Java, etc.), application development, or basic concepts of relational databases. + You have a minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred) All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements, extracurricular activities, campus leadership and interest in the financial services industry. **Responsibilities** **YOU'RE THE BRAINS BEHIND OUR WORK.** You are ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom and Citi wants to help you get there. The Early ID Program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and intense interview preparation for our 2026 Summer Analyst interview process. Throughout the program, you will engage in opportunities and training to accelerate your professional development.
