ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Intervention Specialist you will be responsible for interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create an individualized plan for improvement.
Through observation of employee work performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk and create a plan for mitigation.Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely with a strong ability to integrate feedback through coaching for continuous improvement.Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7)Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching with the goal of eliminating contributions to the injury.Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.Assist to identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics to optimize the health of the population.

Qualifications Minimum EducationRequired:• Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years’ experience in a Military healthcare setting Preferred:• Certified/licensed AT or PTA Minimum ExperienceRequired:• Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years’ experience in a Military healthcare setting Knowledge Skills and Abilities• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills• Able to work in a busy environment and provide high quality care• Ability to develop meaningful professional relationships with clients for successful communication• Ability to execute on performance goals• Ability to work with AWS site personnel and client personnel • A solid team player who also demonstrates maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity and organizational capabilities• Deadline-driven• Strong verbal and organizational skills• Ability to multi-task Licenses and CertificationsRequired:• CPR Preferred:• Certified/Licensed AT or PTA #LI-KH4#Level2 Virtual Employee?
