Reporting directly to the Global Early Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the shaping, planning, and delivering the Early Talent Strategy across our global programmes based out of our key strategic/global hubs
This position offers a unique chance to work on impactful, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing directly to the success of AstraZeneca’s global Early Talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:Assist in the coordination and execution of global early talent initiatives and other strategic HR projects, including the implementation of new technology/AI to assist with assessment, scheduling, and pipelines.Project Planning:
Work closely with the Global Early Talent Lead and project team to develop detailed project plans with clear timelines and deliverables, such as early talent career events, global hiring plans, and manager trainings.Stakeholder Engagement:
Support communication and collaboration with stakeholders across regions, gathering input, aligning expectations, and providing regular updates.Risk and Issue Management:
Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed and assisting in resolution efforts.Progress Monitoring:
Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with objectives and deliverables.Reporting & Insights:
Prepare and share regular status updates with the Global Early Talent Lead, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.Team Support:
Lead and provide guidance and support to a matrix team of early talent TAq partners, ensuring alignment to global processes and ways of working, and assisting with project tasks and processes whenever needed.Process Optimization and External Landscape Analysis:
Drive the optimization of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches in early talent acquisition.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in talent acquisition or human resources.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in both English (C1 level or above).Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment.Demonstrated expertise with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.Proficiency in data analytics with a strong aptitude for leveraging AI and cutting-edge technologies to improve talent acquisition processes.Tech-savvy with a curiosity and eagerness to learn and implement AI-driven solutions.Why AstraZeneca?
