Job Description
The Caterpillar Financial Japan Early Talent (JET) Program is a leadership development program for graduates between 0-5 years of work experience, that provides exposure to different areas of our core business. Participants receive a high degree of management focus and deliberate assignment placement during the program.
Program participants will partake in upto three rotational assignments, each upto 18 months. Total program duration will be between four to five years, depending on participant readiness. The assignments can be in customer-facing, origination, credit, and specialty roles. These assignments include but are not limited to: Credit, Customer Accounts/Relations, Sales Support. The objective of this program is to provide broad business experience, so participants can take on field sales roles and future leadership with the company.
