We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Lead for this popular, inclusive, thriving school, which is well regarded by the local community and located on the Woodchurch Estate.
It is an exciting opportunity to join our newly appointed Headteacher in delivering continued school improvement.
Inclusive and adaptive practice is at the heart of our school; everyone is welcome at Fender. We support the individual learning needs of all our children and are extremely passionate about ensuring our pedagogy and practice is equitable and engaging for all.
We are incredibly proud of the children in our school (including around 45%+ with
SEND) and the local community that we serve.
The role will be to ensure our Early Years curriculum, provision and pedagogy is creative, child-centred and ambitious.
The role also includes a teaching responsibility in F2.
Additionally, the role will include a responsibility to lead on outdoors and forest-school learning across all age phases, an area the new Headteacher is keen to invest and expand upon.
