Job Description: As a Level 3 Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years, fostering their emotional, social, and intellectual development. You will work closely with other team members to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences for children
Ensure children’s safety and well-being, and communicate effectively with parents/carers
Develop individual learning plans, promoting positive behavior and attitudes
Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide leadership and guidance when necessary
Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures

Salary and Benefits:Salary: £27,000PA Annual Leave: Up to 35 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays and Birthday Leave)

Qualifications & Experience:
Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of child development
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
