You will lead a team focused on enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply and quality, with the goal of building a best-in-class operational engine that fuels our expansion and ensures exceptional experiences across the region. **What you'll do:** - Collaborator Management and Service Quality: Develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality collaborators in our dual-role model. Your work will ensure an adequate supply in the right locations to meet demand reliably and sustainably. Oversee performance across multiple grocery and retail verticals, optimizing pricing and incentives and generating insights to improve marketplace operational efficiency. Champion a positive collaborator experience at every stage, from onboarding to daily operations, enhancing communication, engagement, and support. Ensure our collaborators are empowered to deliver excellent service in every interaction. - Operational Strategy and Execution Leadership: Define and lead the operational roadmap for the GR Collaborator and Marketplace teams across the different markets in the region. Mentor and develop a team of operations professionals, fostering a strong culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Process Building and Scalability: Establish objectives, define key initiatives, and lead the execution of cross-functional projects focused on growth, quality, and efficiency. Identify and prioritize opportunities for operational improvement. Design, test, and implement scalable processes that elevate operational performance. Collaborate closely with regional operations, product, and analytics teams to build data-driven and highly scalable solutions. **What you'll need:** - Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written). - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret data (reports, experiments, pricing models) and efficiently scale processes. - Experience in data-driven decision-making, demonstrating sound judgment in ambiguous situations and effective communication with diverse teams. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with databases (knowledge of SQL and other tools is valued). - Demonstrated experience in ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to switch between high-level strategy and tactical execution with agility. - Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams and leading teams to achieve excellent results. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Knowledge in programming and development of automations. - 5+ years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, or hyper-growth startups. - Proven track record of leading high-performance teams.
