IT Leader and business partner to the Business (GSC - Global Supply Chain Organization), understanding business priorities and ambitions. Be proactive in leading the support and delivery digitalization needs.to the Business

Build and develop relationship key leaders and business stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to align business/digital ambitions and priorities  Pro-actively maintain communication channels with key stakeholdersTake ownership to lead any emergency or P1 incident that affects GSC Identify key business teams/stakeholders & seek for a nominee to formal & regular interactionsManage digitalization needs, operation, project delivery, escalated issues about business application.

Demand management

 Accountable for “Demand management process” to manage IT demands from Business entities and ensuring demands are approved and budgeted for support Finance and related departments to achieve their goals from an IT perspective.  Lead and manage demand and certification processMonitor & follow progress of project deliveryProactively engage Business Leadership to anticipate Digital and IT demands and needs and lead in the strategic readiness and deployment engagement

 

ERP, Operations Operation Support

IT Operation support, User inquiry handling and address the issue that affects GSC operationsProvide ERP operation support, Validate and Manage CHR and work with technical team to deliver solution for SAP ERP system. Manage in the evolution of Digital/IT/ERP system in line with business evolution in GSC in EA Zone and the other related processesCollaborate with Global/Regional/Local Schneider Digital to align with initiatives/projects roadmaps, change management, resources requirementsPro-actively maintain communication channels with GSC stakeholders in East Asia zone for escalations, issues, updates, feedback

 

Operation Excellence

Support business operation stable, without critical.Seek opportunity to make process improvement through technology. according to business requirementPerform hearing and review for use case possibilities for making operation excellence (Ex. automation/AI) for efficiency improvementLead delivery collaborate with regional/global team for the business`s digitalization needs.Identify risks/areas of improvement & initiate EIT demand or support process Anticipate issues/ roadblocks, and proactively engage different Schneider Digital teams to overcome such roadblocksStay up to date with ongoing & new EIT initiatives & programs Share/communicate with business in various forums & interactionsParticipate regular digital townhall with digital as well as business communitiesNetwork with industry peers and understand and be aware of best digital practicesBecome a strategic partner for the GSC leaders in EA Zone
