Salary:  $22.51 per hour, plus shift differential

Position Summary:

As the Palletizer Operator, you will operate automatic palletizer equipment by monitoring product flow, assure pallet patterns are being followed, segregate product, supply pallets to machine, and help pull product off-line.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.

Operate automatic palletizer and RoboPac wrapper.

2.

Perform minor maintenance and electrical work on palletizing equipment and adjust electric photo cells.

3.

Implement McCain Competitive Edge and Lean Manufacturing practices.

4.

Operate forklift and Lazer guided Vehicles in accordance with company policy.

5.

Responsible for daily and downtime sanitation.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredMinimum 3 months related experience and/or trainingHave or be able to obtain McCain Forklift CertificationHave knowledge of or be capable of learning touch screen computer systems and Infinity Database software Language and mathematical skills

 

Physical Demand:

Constant: Stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.

 

Frequently:.  Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.  Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. 

 

Occasionally: Sit, climb or balance and taste and smell.
