Job Description Summary:

This Summer Intern will work as a team member of the North America eB2B organization, working with the Product, Marketing, and Operation teams to create a recommendation for how myCoke should interface and align with ‘Connected Equipment’.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand the current customer segments and business objectives for myCoke, focusing on both bottle/can and NAOU applications to identify opportunities for growth and alignment.

Build strong relationships with the Connected Equipment and Innovation teams, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the customer solutions they are developing.

Develop a comprehensive proposal on how myCoke can enhance its collaboration with the Connected Equipment teams, positioning itself as the front-end (FE) customer experience for these devices. Ensure the proposal covers the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to contract termination, with a clear emphasis on both business and user value.


Education Requirements:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Computing, Technology Management, Information systems, Design or equivalent area with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

Related Experience:

Market research and competitive analysis

Creative problem solving and systems thinking

Understanding of connected hardware/IoT

Functional Skills:

Strong collaboration, technical, analytical, and visualization skills.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in market research including surveys, focus groups, and customer interviews

Data analytics and interpretation

Bonus skills in Figma/Sketch, ChatGPT, and B2B/B2C Commerce Platforms

Monthly salary: $4,506
