About Job:

Establish a program to assure the ethical, business integrity and compliant growth of the business.Continously review and assess the business needs and operational risks; and implement solutions to mitigate unacceptable risks.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

Reporting to EBI BP Head, Specialty Care, working in close partnership with EBI colleagues and key stakeholders including BU leaders and function heads.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Act as the primary point of contact and and provide advice and support on ethics, business integrity and compliance matters for the suppored BUs.The BUs supported are Sanofi Specialty Care (about 70%) and Sanofi Vaccines (About 30%).Implement global and local EBI programs to enhance the ethics, business integrity and compliance profile of the company and more specifically the supported BUs.Identify and be proactive in addressing compliance risks for the supported BUs.Collaborate with other EBI colleagues in supporting local and global E&BI strategic priorities and initiatives.Coordinate EBI interactions and operations for the supported BUs.Provide periodic updates and reports, as required, to the EBI BP Head, Specialty Care and EBI BP Head, Sanofi Vaccines.Support on the ad-hoc assignments as per business needs.

About You:

Degree in legal, finance, medicine, science or related disciplines. Broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance related laws, regulations and requirements. Minimum 5 years experience working in a large corporate environment is preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage. Highly motivated and ambitious. Able to work independently and prioritize effectively. Analytical and proactive in resolving issues/problems. Good EQ with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Proficient in verbal and written English. Experience in Big 4 auditing firm or legal educational background are advantages.
