Includes EBS trainers. **Job Requirements:** **Responsibilities** : + ·Drive targeted Policy Deployment (PD), growth oriented KPI improvement at targeted mentored Opcos by leveraging EBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process + ·Assist Opco leadership in the development of a EBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation) + ·Provide support for strategy building and execution on those projects working in collaboration of the senior leadership team. + ·Directly provide formal and informal EBS training and coaching + ·Facilitate other EBS training sessions when needed + ·Regularly participate and contribute in PD and Daily Management reviews + ·Improve EBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in EBS tools + ·Ensure productive kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained) + ·Improve EBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in EBS tools + ·Promote and facilitate target associate development in various EBS tools + ·Benchmark and incorporate best practices into EBS + ·Build EBS Sustainability & assist the leadership team with deploying priority improvements (e.g., Organic Growth). + .
