Your Key Responsibilities

Support our sales representatives in AsiaBe an active part of our Sales TeamSupport and expansion of our existing customer activitiesProcessing customer orders and liaising with EBV departments (Sales Operations, Purchasing and Logistics)Achieve EBV’s agreed supplier objectivesEnsuring that quote and order entry into the sales system is completed in a timely mannerProactive backlog management (monitoring of orders, shipping dates, price changes, etc.)Determine customer discounts and write new contracts

Your Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales within the electronics or component marketPersonable and drivenStrong command of MS Office with emphasis on ExcelSAP skills are a plusAbility to quickly learn new practices and systemsAbility to achieve targets and meet deadlinesAttention to detailTime management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsExcellent intercultural skillsFluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)Fresh graduate will also be considered
