EC Account Supervisor
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for sales target achievement
•Leverage distributors and partners for daily sales operation
•Be in charge of but not limited to managing sell in, sell out, offtake and inventory; managing P&I planning, reimbursement, tracking and review; manage trade terms, contract and document for business.
•Drive offtake development and business growth.
•New channel development
•Support brand building from account owner perspective through new product launching, nurturing and incubator new brand in Ecommerce platforms, with the support and guidance from lead.
WHO YOU ARE
•Bachelor degree or above.
•3 years working experience in Ecommerce.
•Working experience in social platforms is preferred.
•Strong ownership on resulting driving and strong capability on planning, engaging, execution and tracking.
•Effective working in a fast paced and changing environment.
•Strong ability in building trust and influencing to both internal and external partners.
•Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
•Fluent in English both in oral and written
