As a new Engineer, ECD is your customized learning and development plan designed to prepare you for a leadership or an individual contributor role in three to five years. We currently have multiple positions open in our ECD program at Jesup, GA.

How you'll shape the future of the Jesup Plant:

Support Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and the Engineering teams to result in safer, effective, sustainable, and cost-effective operationsPerform studies on the existing process to lower production costs by increasing yields, improving efficiency of raw material usage, and reducing lossesEvaluate new processes, propose process changes, and make pilot and full-scale studiesExpand knowledge, experience, technical excellence, and proficiency in key competencies in preparation for greater responsibilitiesAssistant plant supervision in maintaining high standards for quality, environmental compliance, productivity, and safety

You'll be someone who can bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering3.0 minimum GPAGraduation - Fall 2024 or Spring 202Must be flexible to work in multi-shift operationExcellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and team skills
