As a new Engineer, ECD is your customized learning and development plan designed to prepare you for a leadership or an individual contributor role in three to five years. We currently have multiple positions open in our ECD program at Jesup, GA.
How you'll shape the future of the Jesup Plant:
Design, engineer, and coordinate implementation of major and minor capital projects to maximize financial returns, achieve plant objectives, and improve performance.Prepare in-depth feasibility studies, project appropriation request (PAR's) economic analysis, and cost estimates for additions and modifications.Investigate various types of equipment problems involving selection of materials, improvement of equipment and repair versus replacement analysis. Inspect equipment deterioration and failures and recommend actions required to reduce or eliminate failures and assure safe conditions of potentially hazardous equipment.Assist plant supervision in maintaining high standards for quality, environmental compliance, productivity, and safety.You'll be someone who can bring:
