Ethic & Compliance & Legal Operations Analyst

•    Execute day-to-day operations of the TPDD process including but not limited to system user management, TPDD SharePoint site management, handling new third-party requests, reviewing potential third-party matches, and collaborate with business partners to implement appropriate risk mitigation.
•    Administer and maintain the Ethics & Compliance SharePoint site, ensuring it remains organized, up-to-date, and aligned with team requirements.
•    Assist with user management for the Ethics point system, prepare and compile quarterly reports for the Corporate Ethics & Compliance Committee and Board of Directors.
•    Annual compliance computer-based training support: 
-    Support the review, translation, and updating of computer-based training scripts and software.
-    Collaborate with Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Marketing Communications (teams to facilitate the global rollout of annual compliance training program.
•    Provide support for other Ethics & Compliance projects and initiatives as needed.

Legal Ops Job Description:

•    Assist Legal Ops Manager in the organization and maintenance of files and records and support the improvement of data quality input; perform data cleaning where necessary
•    Monitor internal legal processes and procedures, and keep them up to date (e.g. creating and updating of process documentation and other administrative activities)
•    Act as system administrator for various legal operations tools and platforms
•    Support the maintenance (implementation of updates and translations in several languages) and launch of computer-based (compliance) training programs as needed
•    Support Legal department and Legal Ops Manager with various operational and administrative activities

Requirements/Skills:

•    Less than 3 years experience
•    Experience in ethics and compliance or legal operations 
•    Strong knowledge in data reporting/handling and excel
•    Familiarity with trade compliance management/systems automation, ideally in SAP and SAP-GTS
•    Trade or compliance education or proven audit experience
•    Proficiency level of English verbal and written
•    Willing to learn and to develop new skills
