ECom Key Account Manager
Report to: Vietnam Digital & Social Commerce LeadLocation: HCMC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define growth levers in the customer; partner with customer & internal cross-functions to co-develop the business plan to deliver categories growth ambitionOwn and manage external/internal stakeholders to perfect execute & deliver categories target in customer across growth pillars including & not limited to Commercial, Media, Livestreaming, Operation, Perfect store online, Supply chain, P&L, Distributor, etc.Ensure categories & brands share & rank in that customer & key eventsManage full P&L of the account, with high responsibility for profitable growth while manage account competitive growthDevelop relationship & partner with customer as strategic partnership for growth with Unilever

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Strong customer management & relationship building skillStrong negotiation skill and selling skill  Problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadershipPlanning and organization skillsVery strong knowledge of online business, FMCG industry

KEY EXPERIENCES

Min 5+ years working experience in: sales, business development, account management; Online industry, eCommerce, FMCGCustomer relationship & management experience, strategic and commercial skills/experience
