ECom Key Account Manager
+ Report to: Vietnam Digital & Social Commerce Lead + Location: HCMC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Define growth levers in the customer; partner with customer & internal cross-functions to co-develop the business plan to deliver categories growth ambition + Own and manage external/internal stakeholders to perfect execute & deliver categories target in customer across growth pillars including & not limited to Commercial, Media, Livestreaming, Operation, Perfect store online, Supply chain, P&L, Distributor, etc. + Ensure categories & brands share & rank in that customer & key events + Manage full P&L of the account, with high responsibility for profitable growth while manage account competitive growth + Develop relationship & partner with customer as strategic partnership for growth with Unilever STAKEHOLDER + External: Customers, Distributor + Internal: CSP, dCom Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, other supporting functions KPIs + Categories in customer growth & profit KEY REQUIREMENTS + Strong customer management & relationship building skill + Strong negotiation skill and selling skill + Problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership + Planning and organization skills + Very strong knowledge of online business, FMCG industry KEY EXPERIENCES + Min 5+ years working experience in: sales, business development, account management; Online industry, eCommerce, FMCG + Customer relationship & management experience, strategic and commercial skills/experience Unilever es una organización comprometida con la equidad, la inclusión y la diversidad para impulsar los resultados de nuestro negocio y crear un futuro mejor, cada día, para nuestros diversos empleados, consumidores globales, socios y comunidades.
