Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a eComm Communication Coordinator with Insight, you wll hold a position that is responsible for implementing and executing communications plans in support of companywide activities and key initiatives. This includes project management, gathering the appropriate information, writing and disseminating electronic communications materials such as newsletters, e-mails, blogs and intranet postings. Along the way, participate in improving process and knowledge base articles.

As a eComm Communication Coordinator, you will get to:

 

Collaborate cross functionally with members of our eCommerce and other respective teams to execute internal & external communications across all North American business units and facilities to drive awareness of companywide initiatives

Research, write and disseminate communications materials such as e-newsletters, e-mail, presentations and intranet postings for internal use

Manage, monitor, write and edit intranet content and news announcements, serving as the intranet content point of contact for eCommerce

Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop content for newsletters and emails,

Interact with managers, directors and other executives, when required, to collect content for written materials

We are looking for a eComm Communication Coordinator with:

 

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university College degree, preferably in business, journalism, communications or public relations

Background in Admin is a plus

Ability to work well within a team environment or independently according to project need

Excellent creative and business writing skills with good command of English language
