eCommerce Account Manager, Amazon
The Role:

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, highly analytical account management position with a leading eCommerce customer? Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to drive profitable growth? Are you proficient in eCommerce channel dynamics and the Amazon platform? At Kraus, we are seeking a Sales Leader who can develop and implement a growth strategy and prioritize team activities to meet sales and profit objectives while also utilizing the Amazon platform to influence overall brand awareness across all channels.

This individual will report to the Director of Omnichannel Retail Sales have a cross-functional team of dedicated resources to support our largest and most complex online customer. This role will also be responsible for working with other channel leaders on omni-channel strategies and tactics for leading through channel conflict in accordance with the company strategy. This position works closely with many areas of the organization and often leads and collaborates with cross functional teams, including working with senior management, customers, vendors, and Delta Faucet Company.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute profitable Amazon business; deliver value through revenue growth, margin sustainment and market share gainsLead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and market trendsAlign and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision-makersStrategically negotiate customer programs for profitable growthOptimize price, promotion, advertising, and supply chain to earn strong organic placement on the digital shelfOptimize operational execution through the development of new operations and fulfillment capabilitiesLead internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability on projects; independently resolve escalated issuesUtilize suite of analytics tools to make data driven decisionsCollaborate with Director, Amazon (Delta Faucet) and online account leaders to drive a cohesive online strategy for Delta Faucet CompanyDevelop strong working knowledge of the Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, DSP, OTT) and full funnel marketing

Education & Experience:BS in Business, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of related experienceeCommerce Account Management Experience with a major omnichannel retail customer, preferably working with Amazon on the Vendor, Seller or Agency sideStrong Financial AcumenSelf-starter and possesses the ability to quickly translate data into information to help drive decisionsCapacity to effectively form relationships, informally influence, and concisely communicate complex topics at all levels of the organization.Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision-making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects to executionThrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentRemote work but ability to travel up to 25% to customers primarily & trade shows, and headquarters as needed

Hiring Range: $100,700.00 - $158,290.00
