Headquartered in Burlingame, California, Kensington is a division of ACCO Brands (NYSE: ACCO), one of the world’s largest designers, marketers, and manufacturers of branded academic, consumer and business products, sold in more than 100 countries across the globe. **Job Summary** We are seeking an **eCommerce Account Manager** , who will develop and implement Amazon sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for our Kensington brand, while ensuring a positive customer experience, compliance and competitiveness. **Responsibilities** + Formulate and implement comprehensive Amazon sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, while ensuring a positive customer experience. + Optimize and manage product listings to ensure high visibility and conversion rates. + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. + Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment to ensure product availability. + Collaborate Marketing teams to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns. + Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership. + Maintain and enhance relationships with Amazon representatives to resolve issues and leverage promotional opportunities. + Stay informed about Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge. + Manage product launches, ensuring pages are retail-ready, tracking results from pre-order to post-launch, and making real-time adjustments to enhance product velocity. + Audit and optimize the post-launch product catalog on Amazon. + Enhance the current SKU portfolio and optimize product detail pages and customer experience by improving copy, A+ Content, etc. + Coordinate with internal Amazon team members to execute the overall strategy. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability. + In-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms, including their functionalities and best practices. + Strong understanding of the computer accessories market within the eCommerce space, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities. + Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. + Advertising Experience: Experience with Amazon advertising platforms, i.e., Amazon Marketing Service(AMS), Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP) is highly desirable, with a demonstrated ability to create and optimize advertising campaigns. + Solid knowledge of the Amazon business model, including both Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business success. + Familiarity with eCommerce tools and software, including inventory management systems, analytics tools, and content management systems. + Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. + Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. **Salary Range** : $120,000-$150,000 \#LI-Remote **About Us:** You know our brands.
