Purpose:
This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on our eCommerce business and overall cross-channel customer digital experience. This position plays a key role in defining the direction of the online experience from both a design and content perspective.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the companyCapable of analyzing KPIs and making recommendations for change as they pertain to sales, events, promotions, outbound communications, user generated content, marketing initiatives and site performanceExperience with website or ecommerce business models, including digital marketing channels (SEO, email, retargeting, display advertising, etc.), A/B testing, systems, and content management.2-5 years of experience with web analytics tool, preferably Google AnalyticsSolid understanding of website tagging (e.g. GTM or Tealium).Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel required; proficiency with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau a plusAbility to navigate large datasets, with SQL knowledge preferred. Experience with enterprise data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery) a plus.Must be highly analytical, comfortable working with numbers and able to provide a data-driven rationale for new projects. Solid foundation of statistical skills a plus.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as cross functionally with a team to execute tasks and projects and achieve desired resultsMust be organized, detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentEssential Job Functions:
Partner with online merchandising & digital content teams to expand & analyze performance reporting and drive action that aligns with strategic goals of the teamsBecome proficient in our site tagging solution, work with development team to have new tags implemented and track relevant user behaviorCreate, update, and deliver actionable reporting to key business stakeholders on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basisHelp define and measure success for website performance across numerous goals: audience acquisition, retention, engagement and conversionPartner with digital marketing team to measure performance of paid channels, helping to prioritize spend decisions and create new digital initiativesDrive improvement & expansion of existing analytics efforts, including conversion analysis, onsite customer behavior segmentation, and content performancePartner with business owners to translate reporting and data into clear insights leading to actions that drive measurable business outcomesConduct self-directed analysis as defined by established business goalsBe compliant with all appropriate Privacy Preferences and Security protocols.Working Conditions (travel & environment)
