eCommerce B2B Support Analyst!

About Team:

The Support Team is an important part of the overall B2B experience for our customers. The role assists in maintaining existing B2B customers and is the support arm of the eProcurement Team. This position will work with the eProcurement Team, Marketplace Vendors, and the Sales Teams to ensure transactions are processed and any identified issues/requests are triaged and resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage B2B support issues/requests received by troubleshooting errors impacting systems, prioritize and execute tasks to severity levels, communicate updates, and provide professional, timely escalations.

Monitor mainframe and server queues for errors and issues.

Analyze, correct, and reprocess invalid XML and EDI data for failed transactions, as needed.

Perform audits throughout the day for key customer accounts.

Assist eProcurement team with setting up new B2B customers within various in-house systems.

Create SOPs for tasks performed by this position, as needed.

Perform basic mapping changes, as needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

HS Diploma and 1-2 years’ experience working in a Help Desk or Application Support environment that requires unscripted trouble shooting responses.

Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Clear professional communication skills interpersonal, written and verbal.

Intermediate analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience providing day-to-day EDI support (reprocessing files, modifying X12 or flat files, documenting/training, notifying teammates when there are data quality or mapping issues, etc.)

Understanding EDI concepts including transaction set structure, standards compliance, and communication concepts is a plus.
Experience with EDI translator is a plus.

Working knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and other communications protocols is a plus.

Familiarity with different marketplaces such as Ariba, Jaggaer, Hubwoo, Coupa, GHX is a plus.
