The Opportunity:

As Sephora's E-Commerce Executive you will manage the execution of below the line marketing and promotional campaigns. You are part of the wider E-Commerce team and work closely with a myriad of team members across the business to seamlessly coordinate the end-to-end campaign management across Sephora’s own channels.

Implementing e-commerce campaign initiatives alongside the E-Commerce Manager and develop campaign concepts to run across EDMs, App, Onsite and Paid. Campaign mapping and execution for AU and NZ campaigns specifically across Onsite, App and Email. Working with the regional creative team and design agency to develop clear and concise creative briefs, ensuring consistent tone of voice. Working on concept, through to copy and final artwork approvals.  End-to-end campaign management, effectively working with all necessary specialty teams and programs. Ensuring all campaign banners and website updates go live on time and are correctly briefed. Setup of e-commerce promotions and gift with purchases, working with internal teams such as category, demand planning and logistics to coordinate. Working with Marketing and Category teams on new brand launches and planning E-commerce support. Evaluating associated metrics and provide insights into how to best optimize for better performance and stronger sales and support weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Being a part of the marketing team working closely alongside the E-Commerce Manager and support additional e-commerce and operational initiatives as needed to ensure smooth business execution.

 

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital campaign management or marketing (a plus if it’s with a beauty and/or retail brand) Experience with the Australian Beauty retail market Experience in making data driven decisions and experiments A past history of executing end-to-end campaign management Comfortable with various e-commerce platforms Experience in managing external parties
