We at Robert Half are looking to add to our pool of eCommerce Marketplace Managers to lead marketplace growth and optimize product listings across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for managing product listings, improving marketplace visibility, and driving revenue across key online channels. Location: Nashville, TN (open to hybrid or onsite)
W2 Pay: $35-$55/hr
+ We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire, or Permanent Placements
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage product listings, including uploading, updating, and optimizing content across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.).
+ Monitor marketplace performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
+ Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure the consistency of brand messaging and visuals.
+ Implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
+ Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
+ Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and product availability on each platform.
+ Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
+ Collaborate with third-party partners and agencies as needed for marketplace advertising and promotions.
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of eCommerce marketplace management experience.
+ Proven track record of growing sales across multiple online marketplaces.
+ Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and content optimization.
+ Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive strategy.
+ Familiarity with tools like Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace management software (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics).
+ Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
+ Experience with pricing strategy, promotions, and bundling to enhance profitability.
+ Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
