We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager to lead our test engineering team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in test automation, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful test planning and execution. Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and project management, to ensure alignment and effective testing. Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve product quality. Design and develop automated testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Implement and maintain test automation infrastructure, including test data management and environment setup. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve testing processes. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective test planning and execution. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

 

At least 5 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on technical leadership. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles. Flexible and comfortable with working in constantly changing environments. Embrace a culture of trust and complete transparency. Dedication to the "automate everything" principle. Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies. Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or Java Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, PyUnit, or Cucumber. Expertise in test automation, including automation framework design and development. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and services such as AWS Device Farm or Google Cloud Test Lab. Experience with production monitoring and alerting capabilities Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
