The salary range for this role is:

$61,856.53 - $102,030.75

Responsibilities:

The eCommerce / Omni Paid Media and Content Associate will partner with their Manager and Sales Leads to accelerate eCommerce growth through retail media tactics like paid search and display marketing and best in class digital shelf content. Incumbent will lead paid search strategy and own the hands-on execution, performance and optimization of paid search and display campaigns on several key retailer.com, pure play and / or delivery platforms e.g. Amazon, Instacart. They will serve as our Search Subject Matter Expert (SME) to author and execute paid and organic strategies, stay up to date on new tactics and features offered on retail media platforms, support content creation and optimization, and they will apply processes and measurement to ensure success.

This is a remote / home office-based position that can be in any of the following states: AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Office accommodation can also be made should the candidate prefer a

hybrid work schedule from either our Walnut Creek, CA or Pittsburgh, PA office.

eCommerce / Omni Search and Display Media

Partner with the Omnichannel Activation team to bring the company’s overall brand and category strategy to life through retail search and display marketing campaignsPartner with the Omnichannel Activation team to build and execute against search and display budgets set for each retailer and category, with heavy focus on AmazonMonitor and maintain paid search and display campaign budgets, pacing, bid adjustments and platform rules for select accountsManage the execution of campaign set up, maintenance and proactive optimizations across campaigns, leveraging different ad types to deliver on campaign objectivesWork alongside eCommerce Senior Analyst to understand and action key insights on performance optimization opportunitiesPartner with eCommerce Business Development Managers to understand account and assortment priorities, ensuring parallel execution; and provide support for ongoing business reviews by sharing media campaign performance, learnings and optimization ideas Perform regular audits of items being advertised, item-level performance and facilitate updates across campaigns Analyze retailer keyword performance to optimize organic and paid search performance at assigned accounts Regularly connect with retail advertising and platform partners to better understand each platform’s capabilities, shortfalls, executional best practices and advocate for test & learn opportunities Support the creation of presentation materials to share content and paid media results with the broader organization.

Support creation and continuous optimizations of eCommerce digital shelf content, moving content from brand-approved “base content” assets to high performing eCommerce-first marketing through strategic, data-driven product titles, copy bullets, product description, carousel images, video, and below-the-fold A+ content Build out and maintain eCommerce Brand Stores, ensuring content and items are in line with seasonal strategies and optimized towards key business objectives Responsible for new product setup process & content execution for select accounts · Lead updates to attributes and variations for select accounts Ensure eCommerce content is accurate and updated within our PIM and external partner’s digital shelf on time and in accordance with platform best practices Partner with key retailers to understand and implement change in content adhering with the retailer’s specific guidelines

Other Responsibilities

Responsible for opening POs and processing eCommerce-related invoices in SAP, in partnership with Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and on-time vendor payments Support monthly budget reviews with Finance Team to capture accruals and offer visibility to spend Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners, encouraging and challenging them to produce exceptional delivery, process improvement, and the establishment of best practices Take ownership of self-development, proactively seeking continuous improvement, feedback, coaching, and development Partner with Omni Activation team on how best to educate and inform key cross-functional team members of retail media trends, changes to retail requirements, and best practices. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, eCommerce, or another related field1 to 3 years of experience across eCommerce media campaign managementIdeal candidate will have a solid foundation of both eCommerce / Omni Paid Media and the content levers that support organic visibility and SEO. Specifically:Functional Expertise: Strong demonstrated skill set and experience in building and optimizing eCommercePaid Search and Display strategies and tactical campaign, with preference to candidates with experience with Amazon Ads and Instacart AdsWorking knowledge of retail product detail page and brand store best practices for assets, copy and other content leversTechnical Expertise: Knowledge and experience using a search planning and automation tool (e.g. Pacvue) and keyword research toolsWorking knowledge of content creation tools, such as Canva, and PIM / DAM content management tools such as Salsify and SyndigoCommunication & Project Management Skills: Ability to effectively and proactively communicate information and recommendations in written and verbal formats. Maintains excellent writing, copy-editing and language skillsHighly attentive to detail, accuracy and time management
