The Opportunity:

As Sephora's E-Commerce Operations Executive you will be responsible for supporting the seamless execution of our online business for Sephora Australia and New Zealand. This position will sit within the wider E-Commerce team and will work closely with our local team and regional counterparts to develop programs and processes to deliver optimized customer communications across various channels, a smooth customer experience and executing engagement strategies on our sites. The ideal candidate will be proactive, digitally curious, customer obsessed, and able to collaborate across multiple teams.

Supporting the wider E-Commerce team with the execution of emails, push notifications, and app notifications related to marketing campaigns, promotions, FAQ updates and policy changes to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across multiple channels. Working with the E-Commerce Manager to oversee Edm and App Push message testing to best optimize communications Working closely with internal teams to improve marketing communication journeys and reduce friction in customer interactions. Being the POC for the Customer Service centre to resolve high level issues relating to local campaigns, last mile issues, brand related issues and local cultural topics. Being the POC for ACCC, Fairtrade and other governing bodies for ANZ, managing any reporting requirements that arise. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to manage gift cards, refunds and promotional adjustments for customer transactions. Developing and executing onsite gamification initiatives including monitoring and analyzing performance. Tracking and analyzing the performance of animations and prepare weekly performance reports. Being a part of the marketing team working closely alongside the E-Commerce Manager and support additional e-commerce and operational initiatives as needed to ensure smooth business execution.

 

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

2-3 years of experience in e-Commerce or marketing (a plus if it’s with a beauty and/or retail brand) Experience with the Australian Beauty retail market Familiar with customer communications and engagement Experience in a customer service position (in store or an e-commerce environment) Comfortable working with data, analyzing key metrics and drawing insights Able to display a past history of executing end-to-end campaign management
