Our Ecommerce team at Peloton builds software to support our partners throughout the business, including sales, marketing, support, accounting, logistics, retail, and our studio. We are at the forefront of product launches, promotional campaigns, and other growth drivers for the Peloton business.
The Ecomm Operations Senior Specialist will have an impact on Peloton’s overall success by leading the charge on our product launches, data management, and promotions. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, execution, and audit of the Ecommerce product and marketing initiatives. This involves overseeing the Peloton product catalog, monitoring changes made within the digital shopping experience, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the company’s overall digital efforts across the website.
Ideal candidates will have amazing communication skills, a strong bias for action, close attention to detail, and a passion for building processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain multiple project plans that may run in parallel to ensure development milestones, content, pricing, and supply are in place for new product launches Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities. Partner with our Engineering team to assess feasibility and finalize scope of requested promotions Schedule and implement all campaign content changes based on marketing campaigns and ensure evergreen assets are appropriately refreshed Lead collaboration with key business and engineering partners to define and implement process improvements that will save manual work, reduce quality issues, and enhance the customer experience Build merchandising and data governance processes from the ground up. Author and maintain documentation and training materials Own coordination of data migration activities for our upcoming platform launches and ensure ongoing product data continuity between our backend systems Act as a leader in UAT site testing for development projects, to ensure product data accuracy at all times. Set testing strategy and processes Create and test product changes and promotions for marketing campaigns throughout the year.Qualifications
5+ years experience in related fields, ideally at a large Ecommerce retail company: content coordination and publishing, digital media/marketing. Experience working with software engineering teams, with the ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical partners. Experience designing and implementing operational processes that impact cross-functional teams. Ability to turn an ambiguous request into a clear and actionable plan. Flexibility and comfortable pivoting plans as needed Ability to think fast and come to rational conclusions quickly and independently. Hands-on experience with maintaining a complete ecosystem of product data within an Ecommerce platform - Commercetools a plus. Familiarity with order management and ERP systems Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities. A deep understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate frequently across all levels of the company and end customers.#LI-TP1

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
