How You Make a Difference
As an eCommerce Operations Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Samsung Benelux online channel. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from placing an order to delivery and returns. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify and implement improvements to ensure the highest service levels and drive future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day operations monitoring
Provide accurate forecasts for logistics and call center operations.Monitor and improve the performance of the order fulfillment process.Collaborate with fulfillment partners (e.g., warehouse partners, last-mile service providers, payment providers, and customer service teams).Act as the first point of contact for escalations from the call center.Process documentation and improvement
Document processes to ensure knowledge retention and consistency.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service levels.Automate and standardize backend processes to minimize manual interventions.Propose and execute improvements in the end-to-end customer journey.Metrics and KPIs
Track and manage open orders (outbound and returns).Monitor and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.Address escalations and analyze contact-to-order ratios.Evaluate delivery performance and measure customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS score).Your Team
You will be part of a collaborative and proactive operations team, consisting of two specialists working closely with SDS and other partners. Together, you will ensure streamlined logistics processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We also request:
5-7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics processes.A hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently.Preferably, experience with Hybris and/or SAP S4 HANA.Strong results orientation and a critical mindset for continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills in English.What’s in it for you?
