Responsibilities:
• Implement G. China country wide eCommerce strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize potential eCommerce partnerships and growth opportunities across online stores, B2B integrations, and third-party eCommerce marketplaces.
• Collaborate with sales teams to engage key customers, fostering eCommerce adoption to achieve eCommerce targets and drive order growth.
• Manage outreach to potential eCommerce customers, including initial contact, presentations, and follow-up communications to facilitate customer onboarding.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing and the digital team to ensure alignment with eCommerce exposure and the success of partnership initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact with the global team to identify suitable eCommerce solutions and support.
• Monitor overall eCommerce performance and provide insights to optimize results.
Education:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B eCommerce partnership management, business development, digital marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the scientific instruments industry eCommerce sector is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of China’s eCommerce market dynamics, industry trends, and emerging digital technologies is preferred.
Skills:
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems.
• Proficient in data analytics and digital tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
Travel:
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite customer visits.
