eCommerce Portfolio Administrator
What you'll do The Mark’s Commercial Ecommerce Portfolio Administrator is responsible for supporting the growth and sustainment of the ecommerce sales channel, through creation and management of client programs and providing a quality customer service experience. This role combines detail-oriented work involved in creating client programs, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will have the ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Complete on-going program maintenance in Microsoft D365 and Sana Commerce + Create trade agreements and customer assortments for product additions + Contact additions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information + Assist in updating product images, descriptions, size charts, and logo renaming + Provide backup support for demos and customer training sessions when needed + Validate new eComm program setups through peer review and collaboration with the eComm Portfolio Coordinators What you bring + 1-2 years experience in an Office, Retail or Customer Service setting + Strong Computer Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint + Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities + Ability to work with minimal supervision, being proactive and flexible + Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues + Strong in organization and time management + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset + Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach + Familiarity with Mark’s Commercial systems and processes an asset Hybrid We value flexibility.
