The Product Content Transformation Assistant will support the Product Content Transformation Lead in transforming the e-commerce product onboarding and optimisation process. This involves assisting with new AI initiatives, NEOS development, and further ePim developments. They will work closely with the Product Content Transformation Lead to support the transformation of ePim/NMT into NEOS, the new onboarding and optimisation tool. Their focus will be on supporting efficiency improvements of current processes, identifying new opportunities for onboarding strategies, and utilising AI and automation to enhance workflows and speed up the current process without impacting quality. They will assist with the business training of the new NEOS system and serve as a support contact for NEOS usability queries. As NEOS undergoes multiple releases, they will help drive forward enhancements, support proposed development changes, and contribute to constantly building on the system for maximum performance.
They will support the Product Content Transformation Lead in driving new AI efficiencies and opportunities across the product content team, and assist the UK trading team with commercial reporting requirements via AI insights and proposals to drive improvement to performance. They will support the training and execution of product content AI programs, and work with the wider Search, Site Ops & Data teams on new AI opportunities. They will assist the UK trading team with creating commercially led requirements to improve processes, reporting, workflows and systems via the delivery of AI and automation projects, as well as factoring into NEOS.
About you:
System Support
Assists with NEOS development and enhancements, supports business training for NEOS, and acts as a contact for usability queries.
AI & Automation
Supports the Lead in driving new AI efficiencies, assists with training and execution of AI programs, and helps manage AI/automation errors.
Process Improvement
Supports analysis of existing workflows, assists with briefing requirements for NEOS, and helps recommend automation.
Collaboration
Collaborates with Product Content Leads and other teams to gather challenges and build more efficient workflows within NEOS.
Documentation
Contributes to developing and maintaining user-focused documentation for new systems and AI integrations.
