Core Responsibilities: + Oversee a team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting. + Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency in hold management, meticulously tracking progress and identifying areas for further refinement. + Serve as a subject matter expert in technical and operational flows, demonstrating a sharp eye for identifying root causes and developing detailed action plans to address issues. + Support the development and continuous improvement of standards, meticulously documenting processes and ensuring consistent implementation and improvement of systems. + Represent the team on calls with cross-functional partners, delivering clear, concise, and well-organized updates and action plans. + Lead Peak Planning and Management, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges. + Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and proactively identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
