eCommerce Sales Manager, China Export - Mid Market
**Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers that empower China export SMBs to become thriving global brands with Meta advertising solutions. As a key member of the Global Business Group, you will be responsible for managing daily work planning and execution of Account Managers, servicing eCommerce clients to exceed their marketing objectives with Meta, while delivering company priorities and targets. This role requires a hands-on sales coach to develop talent and manage performance, while working directly alongside Account Managers with client C-levels and executional teams to drive mutual success. **Required Skills:** eCommerce Sales Manager, China Export - Mid Market Responsibilities: 1. Lead, manage and coach a team of Account Managers to drive client success with Meta advertising solutions, while delivering company targets and goals 2. Manage and optimize work planning and execution of the team 3. drive alignment across peer and cross-functional teams to connect team activities to company priorities 4. Work directly with client C-suite executives and their teams to support Account Managers, provide coaching and differentiate performance with sufficient field observation 5. Deliver high customer experience and Net Promoter Score through hands-on coaching 6. identify opportunities to improve products, processes and systems that mutually benefit customers and Meta 7. Ensure high operation rigor, including sales forecasting and Customer Relationship Management hygiene **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Proven track record of driving revenue, either as an individual contributor or leading a team, with high operational rigour 9. Demonstrated capacity to adapt and prioritise against rapidly changing environments to drive growth 10. Hands-on coaching experience to develop customer-oriented consultative sellers and a track record of helping others succeed 11. Track record of creating and sustaining motivational team environments 12. Experience collaborating across different sales and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategy, planning and execution 13. Experience leveraging data to inform and optimise sales strategy and operations 14. Business Mandarin and China experience is a must **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15.
