**Job Opportunity: eCommerce Solutions Consultant**
**Location:** **Remote** (must live within 100 miles of Glenview, IL)
**Pay:** $35-40/hr.
**Hours:** 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time
**Job Summary:**
Adecco USA is seeking an eCommerce Solutions Consultant to provide technical support for a range of digital applications and eCommerce storefronts. You’ll be responsible for user onboarding, account management, and process improvement. Collaborating with both internal and external customers, you'll ensure business needs are met and deliver top-tier customer satisfaction. This role also involves conducting solution demonstrations, providing training, and offering backup support for team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support a selection of digital applications, including ERP software for eCommerce businesses.
+ Lead user onboarding, manage accounts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
+ Deliver product demos and training, and update training documents.
+ Monitor and resolve customer support issues in a timely manner.
+ Help identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with management to improve workflows.
+ Provide ongoing support through phone, email, and chat.
+ Manage small projects, including planning, research, and task implementation.
**Requirements:**
+ Experience in Help Desk, Customer Care, or similar roles.
+ Familiarity with the eCommerce industry is a plus.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
+ Proficiency with help desk software and remote support tools.
+ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
+ Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
+ Familiarity with support tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Access Database.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
