eCommerce Specialist
As an e-Commerce Specialist, you will handle both internal and external requests related to eCommerce/Portal operations. In this role you will be a subject matter expert that provides timely and effective support to ensure smooth eCommerce/Portal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and resolve eCommerce/Portal-related inquiries and issues from customers.
· Address internal requests from various departments (e.g., marketing, sales, logistics) related to eCommerce/Portal operations. Support the eCommerce/Portal team with administrative tasks and data management.
· Work with IT and development teams to resolve technical issues. Data Analysis and Reporting. Analyze support request trends and identify areas for improvement.
· Generate regular reports on support activities, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
· Platform Testing: Regression, User acceptance testing, Performance, End-to-end.
· Train new team members on support procedures and best practices.
Key Requirements:
· Experience in eCommerce operations and customer support.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using support ticketing systems (SAP, SFDC, Hybris).
· Sharp analytical and quantitative skills while the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
· Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluent English and Romanian.
